Note:1. High-purity tantalum ingots are available, with chemical composition requirements as below:
 
  Grade Level Remarks
High-purity Ta Ingots 3N5(99.95%) Total concentration of impurities is not more than 500 ppm
4N(99.99%) Total concentration of impurities is not more than 100 ppm
4N5(99.995%) Total concentration of impurities is not more than 50 ppm
5N(99.999%) Total concentration of impurities is not more than 10ppm
2、Ta-Hf , Ta-W and Ta-Nb alloy ingots are also available upon customers ,  request.
