Capacitor grade tantalum wire is mainly used in the tantalum electrolyte capacitors’ manufacturing. According to the condition and specification, the company produces more than 30 types and the smallest diameter can be Φ0.10mm.
The company produces FTW series sodium-reduction tantalum powder,FTP series tantalum powder with medium voltage and high capacitance whose particle’s shape is adjusted and FTD tantalum powder with high purity and high voltage which is made from tantalum ingot and is suited for manufacturing multi-pores sintering tantalum electrolyte capacitor. The powder is used to manufacture high performance chip type or dipping type tantalum electrolyte capacitor which has the characteristics of high capacitance and low LC.
Ta&Ta-alloy (such as Ta-2.5W, Ta-10W, Ta-40Nb etc) rod can be used for aviation and aerospace industry, high-temperature, atomic and chemical industry due to its high melting point, anti-corrosion, good cold workability and other characteristics. It is mainly used to produce supersonic aircraft, rocket engine,spacecraft combustor parts, high-temperature furnace parts, corrosion resistant parts which are resistance to nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric, etc.
Ta&Ta-alloy (such as Ta-2.5W, Ta-10W, Ta-40Nb etc) tube can be used for high-temperature, chemical and atomic industry due to its high melting point, anti-corrosion, good cold workability and other characteristics.It is mainly used to produce reaction container during chemical process , heat exchanger, pipeline, condensing apparatus, bayonet heater, spiral wire, U-tube, thermocouple plus protecting tube and liquid metal container and tube,ect.

The product are mainly used as additives to tantalum-contained high temperature alloys and tantalum-based thermal-resistant and anti-corrosion alloys to improve thermal-resistant and anti-corrosion properties of alloy materials, and is widely used in electronics, petroleum, chemicals, aviation and aerospace industry.
Beryllium copper rod and bar are used for manufacturing important and critical components, such as diaphragm capsules, diaphragm, corrugated tube,spring washer, micro-engine brush and commutator, plug-in connections, switch, button, clock component, audio-part, high rank bearing, gear, mobile electrical applications, plastic mould, welding electrode, seabed cable, anti-pressure case, non-sparkling tools, etc.
Physical Properties:The product are white crystalline powder. As amphoteric oxide, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in inorganic acid except for hydrofluoric acid, soluble in fused NaOH、KOH、K2S2O7  and KHSO4.
Application: The product can be used as raw material to produce metal tantalum, tantalum alloys, carbides and complex carbides, electronic ceramics, optical glass, lithium-tantalite crystals, etc.
