FTa-1 | 1500 | 30 | 50 | 50 | 10 | 5 | 5 | 10 | 10 | 5 | 5 | 5 |
FTa-2 | 1800 | 30 | 150 | 80 | 50 | 50 | 30 | 50 | 50 | 30 | 20 | 10 |
FTa-3 | 2000 | 50 | 150 | 150 | 50 | 50 | 50 | 100 | 50 | 30 | 20 | 10 |
FTa-4 | 3000 | 100 | 450 | 200 | 200 | 200 | 200 | 300 | 300 | 100 | 100 | 10 |
Note: The content of other metal impurities in FTa-1 is less than the analysis limit of the emission spectrometer. It can meet the special requirements of users for chemical impurities.
Table 2 Physical properties of metallurgical grade tantalum powder
Tantalum powder grade | Bulk density(g/cm3) | Fisher average particle size (μm) |
FTa-1 | 5.0-7.5 | 6.0-13.0 |
FTa-2 | 4.5-7.00 | 6.0-12.0 |
FTa-3 | 3.5 -7.0 | 5.0-12.0 |
FTa-4 | 3.5-7.0 | 5.0-12.0 |
Remarks: FTa-1 and FTa-2 go through 200 mesh sieves, and other tantalum powders go through 150 mesh sieves.
If users have special requirements for granularity, both parties can negotiate and determine.
